Temporary card
Are you just going on vacation or are already there and you don’t know where your C-card is or you forgot it at home? Order a temporary C-card.
Send us your following personal information on order@andi-adria.com:
- name and surname
- date of birth
- licence title
and in the shortest possible time you will receive a temporary C-card via your e-mail address.
Replacement card
Did you lose or mislay your C-card, is it damaged or you simply don’t know where you have it and would like to order a new one? Download the »Certification application form«, located in the Downloads on our web site. Fill out the form and send it via order@andi-adria.com. You will receive a pro forma invoice on your e-mail address, as well as information and instructions for the money order.
The new C-card will be sent in the mail to the address you provided on the form in three (3) to five (5) business days from the date we receive a written receipt of payment.
